In the Stillness |
||
In the stillness of dark December when all of nature is at rest, I find time to pause and remember how wonderfully God has blest. |
In the stillness I come to thee, as the Magi did at your birth, I fall on bended knee and feel at peace with all the Earth. |
|
The slowing down at year's end to reflect on what God has done, how God cared enough to send to Earth His most precious son. |
In the stillness of falling snow a hush falls over all the Earth, animals and birds seem to know that we are celebrating Jesus' birth. |
